Things you need to know

We compete using the total of your item price and your item shipping, this is your Total Price.

We need your Total Minimum and your Total Maximum for listings you want to reprice. These are your minimum and maximum prices with shipping added in.
No worries if you do not have that handy. There are many ways to set these.
Alpha Repricer downloads your shipping for each listing directly from Amazon. We can help you add in shipping if you know your minimum and maximum prices. Just upload a file and we’ll do the rest. For our advanced users, we do have FTP file upload.

You can also use our formula screen to set your Total Minimum and Total Maximum or enter it manually in the Listings screen.
One last detail, if you change your shipping on Amazon we can get out of sync with them. This can lead to pricing errors.

Does Alpha Repricer charge a setup fee?

No. Your first 14 days are free. Once the trial is over, we will ask you to enter your credit card information in order to continue. You will only pay monthly fees. Alpha Repricer has no hidden costs or setup fees. You can cancel at any time.

What happens if my payment fails?

You have a grace period of one day during which manual payments can be made using the Invoice screen. If the payment is not made manually, Alpha Repricer will try to charge the card on file during the grace period. Repricing will stop at the end of the grace period. We will retain the account’s information for 90 days and after that, the account will be deleted.

Why did my payment fail?

Your payment may have failed for any of the following reasons:

  1. No payment method has been set up. Please add a credit card.
  2. The payment method was set up but the credit card has expired. Please update your credit card or add a new credit card.
  3. Your credit card payment was declined.

Can I choose which notifications I receive?

Yes. Go to My Account, select Profile. In the Profile screen, you can select which notifications you want to receive.

If I delete my channel setup, what will happen to the associated listings?

When the channel setup is deleted, all listings associated with that channel will be deleted.

I registered a new account but I am unable to add an Amazon account?

Ensure that you are selecting the correct marketplace. If you are still unable to add an Amazon account then please contact Alpha Repricer support.

How can I activate or deactivate my channel account temporarily?

Go to the channel setup screen and select OFF under the Active/Inactive column for that channel account.

What is the best way to get support?

Our ticketing system is the most efficient way to get support. You can open a ticket if you are experiencing a problem, have a question or need help. Our support team replies within 24 hours. Urgent tickets are addressed sooner.

Can I attach images and videos to a ticket?

You can attach images. We support jpg, jpeg, gif, png, xls, xlsx, txt, doc, docx files. You cannot attach videos.

Will you call or send a text message on my phone number?

No, this field is for record-keeping purposes only. You can leave this field blank but we encourage you to enter a valid phone number.

Can I import and export inventory?

Yes, you can import and export inventory using a spreadsheet format.

How frequently do you reprice?

We pick up price changes from Amazon and upload new prices to Amazon every two minutes.

Do you have any limits on how many times you will reprice my items?

No. We do not have any EPM (Events per minute) limits.

Does your tool only lower the price or does it increase also?

Yes. We reprice down to beat the competition but if competitors run out of stock or increase their price we move the price up to increase profits.

Can I see a history of my repricing?

Yes, Alpha Repricer provides a detailed repricing log. Sellers can view all the attempts our repricer engine has made while going through the repricing process.

How can I categorize my listings?

You can create folders and categorize your items by moving them into the desired folder.

Can I launch new Amazon items using Alpha Repricer?

Yes, you can search items from Amazon Catalog and directly launch them from the listings screen > Actions > Add Item.

How do I clear my cache in Chrome?

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More (three dots).
  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the box.
  6. Click Clear data.


Tip: To access the Clear browsing data screen you can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Delete.

How do I clear my cache in Firefox?

  1. From the History menu, select Clear Recent History. If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
  2. From the Time range to the clear drop-down menu select Everything.
  3. Under the history section select Cache.
  4. Click Clear Now.
Tip: To access the Clear Recent History screen you can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Delete.

How do I clear my cache in Safari?

  1. From the Safari menu, select Clear History or Clear History and Website Data.
  2. Select the desired time range, and then click Clear History.
