Quick Setup on Alpha Repricer

Quick Setup

To set up your account quickly, select the Quick Setup feature.

1.Channel Account

• View channel Account:
  
  Click the View button to check your channel account.

• Create another Channel Account:Click the Create another button to create new channel account.
• Creation Process:
  
  Click on the “Add” button.

• Select the Marketplace:

• Log in to your Amazon account seller central and Authorize:

3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) generated by your Authenticator App, then check the box that says “Don’t require OTP on this browser” before pressing the Sign In button.

4. Accept the terms (select a check with text starting “I direct Amazon to provide Alpha Repricer …”) and click the “Confirm” button so you will be redirected to the “(Almost done …)” page.

• Enter some Important information:

1. Enter your Amazon Store Name
2. Create a Channel Account Name
3. If you would like to import the minimum and maximum prices from Amazon, please check the provided checkbox. If you do not wish to do so, you can ignore this option.
4. If you want to override your Minimum and Maximum prices in Alpha Repricer with the Minimum and Maximum prices from Amazon, first complete the above step, then check the override checkbox as well.
5. If you want to include B2B listings, please check the “Include B2B Listings” checkbox.
   Note: This feature requires a minimum Gold subscription.

• Set Repricing Profile

The next step is to select one of the existing profiles. Choosing a default repricing profile is optional. If you decide to select a default repricing profile, it will automatically be assigned to any new inventory imported from Amazon. However, this default repricing profile will not be applied to any items that were already in our system before you selected it.

• Set Min/Max Prices

To sell on Amazon, you need to set minimum and maximum prices for your products. The minimum (Min) price is the lowest you’re willing to sell for, while the maximum (Max) price is the highest you expect to reach.

Alpha Repricer can automatically adjust your products to their Max prices when competitors are out of stock, helping you maximize profits in low-competition situations.

After creating a repricing profile, set the Min and Max prices for each product you want to reprice, as both are required for repricing to take effect.

Selecting a default Min/Max formula is optional, and it will automatically calculate prices once all necessary information is available.

• Save your entered information.

Click the Save button, and your Channel Account will be created successfully.

2.Repricing Profile

•  View Repricing Profile:
  
  Click the View button to check your generated repricing profile(s).
  

• Create another Repricing Profile:
  

• Repricing Profile and Description:

Enter the repricing profile name and repricing profile description.

• Repricing Profile Type:
  
  Select the Repricing Profile Type from the following option(s).
  1.Price Competition.
  2.Buy Box Competition.
  3.Dynamic Repricing.
  4.Scheduler
  5.Min/Max
  Then create the repricing profile according to your preferences, and click the Save & Close button.

3.Set Min/Max Prices

Select the Min/Max Prices by using three below mentioned option(s).

1.Manually
2.Inventory Download/Upload
3.Formula

• Set Min/Max Manually:
  
  Set the minimum and maximum prices from the listing screen directly.
