Advanced Search

Advanced Search is a refined method that allows users to apply filters, keywords, and specific criteria to obtain more precise and relevant results. Choose the filters from the list on the left and a search field will open on the right. Each field will have a drop down menu relevant to the filter selected.

Available Filters

  • Acquisition Cost Range – Filter listings based on their acquisition cost range.

     

  • Acquisition Cost Status – Identify listings that have or do not have an acquisition cost assigned.

     

  • Amazon Marketplace – Narrow down listings based on the specific Amazon marketplace.

     

  • Buy Box Eligibility – Find products that are eligible to compete for the Buy Box.

     

  • Buy Box Not Won – View listings that are not currently winning the Buy Box.

     

  • Buy Box Winning Status – Check whether a listing is currently the Buy Box winner or not.

     

  • Business Listings Type – Filter listings based on whether they are for B2B or B2C sales.

     

  • Channel Account – Search for products associated with a specific channel account.

     

  • Competition – Identify listings based on the number of competitors selling the same product.

     

  • Folder – Search for listings stored within a specific folder for easy categorization.

     

  • Formula – Search for listings with a specific formula used to calculate the Min/Max prices.

     

  • Formula Attached – Find listings that have an active pricing formula assigned.

     

  • Fulfillment Type – Filter listings based on whether they are FBA, FBM, or another fulfillment method.

     

  • Item ASIN – Search for listings using their Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN).

     

  • Item Condition – Narrow down search results based on their condition.

     

  • Item Price Range (With Shipping) – Filter products based on their total price, including shipping costs.

     

  • Item Price Range (Without Shipping) – Find listings based on item prices excluding shipping costs.

     

  • Item SKU – Search for products using their Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).

     

  • Item Title – Locate products quickly by searching for specific keywords in the title.

     

  • Listings Last Repriced – Identify items based on when they were last repriced.

     

  • Listings Not Repriced – Find listings that have not undergone repricing recently.

     

  • Listings Status on Amazon – Filter listings based on specific conditions such as deleted by customer, listings with quantity, listings without quantity, no competition, shared Featured Offer and No longer present in Amazon Active Inventory report.

     

  • Min/Max Status – View which listings have minimum and/or maximum prices set.

     

  • Price Position – Check where a product ranks in the competitive pricing landscape.

     

  • Quantity in Stock – Find listings based on available stock levels in inventory.

     

  • Quantity Range – Filter products based on a specific inventory quantity range.

     

  • Repricing Enabled/Disabled – Identify listings where repricing is turned on or off.

     

  • Repricing ON/OFF – Check whether repricing is currently active for a product.

     

  • Repricing Outcome – View the results of recent repricing actions on specific listings.

     

  • Repricing Profile Attached – Locate listings that have a repricing profile assigned.

     

  • Selected Repricing Profile(s) Attached – Search for listings with specific attached repricing profiles.

     

  • Shipping Range – Filter listings based on their shipping cost range.

     

  • Shipping Status – Filter listings based on shipping conditions, including items with shipping, items without shipping, free shipping (zero shipping), and shipping mismatch.

     

  • SQS Monitor – Identify which listings have SQS monitoring turned on or off.

     

  • Total Minimum Range – Filter listings based on a specified minimum range.

     

  • Total Maximum Range – Filter listings based on a specified maximum range.

     

  • User Float Attributes – Filter listings using customized float attributes.

     

  • Buy Box Hunter Statistics  Filter listings by ranges of Hunter Number of Tries, Last Price, Current Price, First Win Difference, Buy Box Price, Locked Difference (%), Difference Lock Date range, Hunter Date Started range, Hunter Date Ended range, Reset Locked Date range, and Seller ID.

     

  • Minimum Profit – Filter listings based on minimum profit range.

Quick Filters

  • Buy Box Won – Identify listings that are winning the Buy Box.

     

  • Buy Box Not Won – Identify listings that are not winning the Buy Box.

     

  • Repriceable Listings – View all listings eligible for repricing.

     

  • Competition in Top 5, 10, 15, 20 – Filter products where competitors rank within these positions.

     

  • Competition Not in the Top 20 – View listings where competitors rank beyond the top 20.

     

  • Quantity Zero / Not Zero – Identify products that are either in stock or out of stock.

     

  • Repricing Profile Attached / Not Attached – Filter based on whether a repricing profile is attached.

     

  • Repricing Enabled / Disabled – Find listings where repricing is turned on or off.

     

  • SQS Monitor On / Off – Check whether SQS monitoring is active for pricing updates.

     

  • Min Not Set – Locate listings where a minimum price has not been assigned.

     

  • Max Not Set – Identify products without a set maximum price.

     

  • Min/Max Not Set – Filter listings where either the minimum or maximum price is missing.

     

  • Min and Max Not Set – Search for products missing both minimum and maximum prices.

     

  • Min Out of Range – Find listings where the minimum price is outside the allowed range.

     

  • Max Out of Range – Identify products where the maximum price exceeds the set limit.

     

  • Min/Max Out of Range – Filter listings where at least one of the two (min or max) is outside the allowed range
  • Min and Max Out of Range – Filter listings where both of the two (min or max) are outside the allowed range.
  • Min Within Range– Locate listings where min price is within limits.

     

  • Max Within Range– Locate listings where max price is within limits.

     

  • Min and Max Within Range – Filters listings where both the minimum and maximum prices are correctly set.

     

  • Min Within Range / Max Within Range – Locate listings where min or max price is within limits.

     

  • Repricing Ready Enabled / Disabled – Filter based on whether a listing is ready for repricing.

     

  • No Competition – View listings where no competing sellers are present.

     

  • Shared Buy Box – Identify products where the Buy Box is shared among multiple sellers.

     

Shipping Price Mismatch – Find listings with mismatched shipping costs.

Default Search Filters

By default, the search filters include Item Title, Item SKU, and ASIN. To add quick searches, select the required filters, enter a name in the “Save Search As” box, and click Save. This will enable you to quickly filter your inventory by reusing a saved search.

You can also make one of your saved searches the default search by checking the Make default box.

Deleting a Saved Search

To remove a saved search filter, click the Delete Saved Search button.

Reset Filter

Click the Reset Filter button to clear all applied filters and restore search results to default settings.
